We want to help more. We want to help Feeding America, an organization we’ve volunteered with over the years, in providing food to those in need. And we very much want your help, too. With your purchase of this special edition, limited-production One World Bazilian’s t-shirt, we can together make a difference for those struggling with a very basic and essential need: food insecurity. This old-school throwback design, born nearly half a century ago, was originally made popular by Jason’s father, Marc Bazilian, and the Bazilian’s clothing store in the community where we grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut. We have decided to slightly update the logo and design for this small run of shirts to include San Diego (our home for 26+ years) and One World, in order to try and spread and broaden positive impact on helping everyone everywhere challenged by the global pandemic. One World represents the idea and view that our world's inhabitants are interdependent and should act accordingly. Right now, more than ever, we are seeing this to be true. And we will come through this – together. Customers who had the original Bazilian’s t-shirts in the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s would wear their t-shirt on their adventures around the world and bring a photo of themselves wearing it to be added to the World Wall in the store. So we also want to bring back the Bazilian's World Wall virtually! Get your t-shirt, take a photo, and send us a pic with your location and something you want to share about yourself, about how you’re staying safe, managing these rocky waters right now, or anything else to help us come together during this time. We are sending our warmest thoughts and whole-hearted wishes for a brighter tomorrow to you all.
Well-wishes, Jason, Wendy and Calli Bazilian
